We accept payments made via a secure payment gateway, Payfast.

Payfast accepts MasterCard and VISA cheque, credit cards and debit.

If you are in South Africa and would like to pay via EFT from any of the major banks (Nedbank, Absa, Standard Bank, FNB) please select Electric Bank Transfer, once your order has been placed, we will email through an invoice. Only on receipt of invoice payment will you order be processed.

Orders are posted 5 – 7 days from proof of payment. Orders that are received on a Friday, or over the weekend will be processed on the Monday (same goes for public holidays / long weekend).

Yes, we do. All our international orders are posted with TUNL, through FEDEX, taking 5 – 14 workings days to arrive.

Every parcel is registered and/or insured and comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been packaged and posted, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unhappy / unsatisfied with your product, please email us within seven days of receiving your parcel (please attached POP / receipt).

The returned product needs to be received (in South Africa) within 30days of it arriving in the country of destination (your country). Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is a result of an error on our side (manufacturing error/wrong order received).

The values of the product will be refunded on receiving the returned bag in the same condition as it was posted.

Each country has a different customs tax, saying this, you might not even be charged tax at all.

Costs such as clearance or local tax (VAT or GST) would be for customer’s account.
